Evaluation of Prinknash retreat 16th Oct 2004Eight feedback forms were returned anonymously.Venue, transport, costGood (5) Average(2) However would have been nice to have everyone in a van - it would have enabled everyone to know each other. I'd perefer for everyone to travle together as it gives everyone an opportunity to meet informally before getting to the retreat. Spiritual input sessionsVery good(1) Good (4) Average(3) Just wonder if people who are not used to silence need to be led in more - how to use silence. Maybe pens and paper to write prayers. Not sure about the stories, maybe going into something in more depth would be more fruitful ? Worship timesGood(7) Thank you for the guitars and the songs I'd prefer a longer time for silent contemplation Wouldn't there be a possbility for a Mass, or two divine offices in one retreat ? But Mass would also have been great TimetableGood(7) Average(1) Prayers ... a bit short I'd prefer a 2 day retreat Felt some activities were a little shorter than I would have wanted but realise the constraints of a day retreat. Domestic arrangementsGood(7) Average(1) Very comfortable and welcoming Best thingSpending time with other people on the retreat The story telling and prayer Seeing people from different places Needed quiet time, painting stones Divine office, adoration, being with friends To have time to think and reflect Meeting new people, reflection time Seeing familiar faces again! Worst thingThe weather! (2) Too cold even inside the building Too cold Rain Other commentsReally enjoyed the retreat
